BAM (La Voie des Sens) brings together artisans, producers, and chefs along the Bière-Apples-Morges (BAM) and Apples–L’Isle railway lines. These gourmet journeys take place aboard historic trains, with the oldest car dating back to 1895.

For nearly 20 years, this delightful train has offered a nostalgic and tasty experience through the region, thanks to collaboration between railway staff and local culinary artisans. BAM was awarded the 2024 Swiss Wine Tourism Prize – Environment & Development category.
